We are a locally owned and operated East Austin artisanal coffee roaster.
Established in 1981, we have been roasting the worlds finest coffees for 29 years.
Located just 4 short blocks from I -35 on East 4th Street, we are up every morning roasting the most delicious coffee beans the world has to offer. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 and Saturday from 10 to 3. Stop by for some beans, a scrumptious drink or just to chat. There is nice patio seating out front amd a very friendly outdoor cafe cat named "Puddles". We have coffees that are are limited and rare, organic and Fair Trade, direct trade, conventional, flavored and decaf. Come in for a tour and a tasting. We are easy to find and an adventure to visit.

WINTER RECIPES FOR SATTWA CHAI CONCENTRATE
TRADITIONAL CHAI
YIELD: 8 OUNCES
4 ounces Sattwa Chai Tea Concentrate
4 ounces of milk
Combine concentrate and milk and steam with steaming wand, heat on stove or in microwave.
CHAI SPICED CIDER
YIELD: 8 OUNCES
4 ounces Sattwa Chai Tea Concentrate
4 ounces apple or pear cider
Combine concentrate and cider; steam with steaming wand, heat on stove or in microwave.
RASPBERRIES AND CREAM CHAI
YIELD: 8 OUNCES
3 ounces Sattwa Chai Tea Concentrate
1 ounce raspberry syrup
4 ounces milk
Combine all ingredients in steaming pitcher and steam.
